Cream of Broccoli Soup

Description

Very yummy soup that everyone likes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 butter
  • 1 milk

Instructions

Cook broccoli until tender.  Drain saving 1c. liquid.  Put back in pot.  Add butter.  Add milk.  (I also sometimes use half & half or cream)  Add salt & pepper to taste.

I don't use exact measurements on this recepie.... I kind of eyeball it... I use probably a cup of milk and a cup of cream or half & half....
