Thanks for the update. Now I am really excited. I have my seeds ready and waiting. Hope they get here before Monday. I am going in the hospital Monday for surgery Wednesday. I have already made arrangements to get the RR mailed to the next lucky person. Seeds will definitely help my recovery!! Thanks Y'all

Hubby shipped the seeds out today they may get there tomorrow ? Their just going to Florida. I wanted them shipped first class but the PO man said they had to go Priority Mail ? Why I'd like to know the box is not big at all nor heavy. It was almost $6.00 to ship . Yikes I was hoping to keep it FC in the $2.00 range.

I did put lots of goodies in it ! 30 or so different seed packs !

People we must realize 20 people , most round robins are mail First Class mail, We have Holidays just this Monday was a Holiday no mail, we have weekends, and lives and I would think you could have a day or two to L@@K at the seeds ? NO ? All above only seem fair to me ! Even 3 days per person is 60 days two months so when you consider all the weekends, Holidays this Round Robins seeds have moved pretty fast !

Me I got the seeds late Saturday I think it was , I need help to look at them, help packaging them and someone to go to PO to ship. I'm sure everyone else has of family obligations too.

** But think about it when was the first Robin shipped end of September begin of October ? It has flown in perfect time ! be patient

Jo I know I keep posting about the Robins but I hate that some of the participants are having to wait so long to receive the RR. I looked we have 8 people left to get the RR. If it's acceptable I would be glad to make up a package to send to the last few on the list so this RR could wrap up quickly. Will be out of town on Wed. so it would be later in the week before I could mail out. Dale

I just wanted to thank Jbaby for hosting this RR. I know it's not your fault this is taking so long, and I hope this experience doesn't prevent you from hosting RR's in the future! It would probably be a good idea to limit the number of participants the next time. Plus, transferring to the new site may have slowed things down a bit. I know I've been trying to get on for the past few days, but it's always been down whenever I've had time. One day I logged in and posted a message on this site, but it shut down before I could send! (No complaints here...I know Al is working hard on getting all the bugs out!)

I'm still anxiously awaiting the RR, but I've been busy lately so I guess it's a good thing that I haven't gotten it yet. I do enjoy reading about what everyone has taken from the RR, so please continue to post everyone!

Sharry I think limiting the number of participants is a great idea. There were over 20 in this RR. RR's can be so much fun--hate I already got to have the RR and some folks like yourself are still anxiously waiting. Pretty soon Christmas will be upon us and the RR needs to be finished asap.

I agree with you that hopefully Jo will not be so dissappointed as not to host another RR. Dale

well girls i was hoping that it would move quicker than its doing so right now,im sorry its taking so long for all of you that havent gotten them yet.but ive tried contacting these people.and one is in the process of moving to.hopefully Tina will get it tomorrow.this has learned me alesson,i was giving people a benefit of doubt.if gardeners want to be good people in a exchange all they need to follow rules.

Half the fun of a RR is tracking it's path while in flight. That's what Ii have missed with this RR. It slowed down when it was split instead of double timng!! Dale

Annette I'm sure your name is on the list I have seen it from day one. I think the names above are people that received them already ? I am waiting to hear from Jbaby where to send it next.

Remember it was you and I saying home grown seeds are worth more than commercial. Well we are 150 percent correct 'always home grown grow the best and worth the most ' the only commercial in this package were from dollar general 4 for $1.00 and I know my special, different and rare home grown seeds are worth more than anyone can buy in a package and they grow better too !

Missing out on the fun

What happened to the Robins

Seed Round Robin

I did get the seed round robin today. It does appear to have been shipped priority mail with del. confirmation number was just not posted ? It was shipped on the 6th. which is not really bad considering I think she got it on the 1 st. and you should have a day or two to look, weekends, and I'm sure everyone is busy .

But then it would make it nice if this was posted then people know and can wait.

To be honest it could all fit in a small/medium envelope and shipped first class.

I'm just taking Foxglove,giant sunflower,lavender,Liriope, double cosmos,and some white Moonflowers.

Most likely Hubby god willing will ship First Class on Monday or Tuesday I will post Del. Confirmation #.

Abother thing I want to mention there was NO return address on box. Please address box with return address in case it gets lost.
