Sort out the seeds that need to be chilled.

Some seeds need a cooling period in order to germinate. Now is a good time to search out which seeds need that "chill down" period, and get them into the refrigerator. Research each variety, because some seeds just need to be chilled dry - while some need moisture at the same time.
Look up "stratification" for more details. You can also search for your seed name and the word "culture". For example, a search for "columbine seed culture" should give you some details on how to grow columbine.
