Butterflies

I have quite a few butterflies in the yard here in the summer...
They love the butterfly bushes and tropical hibiscus lots..
One of the plants I grow ...Mexican Sunflower...The butterflies love it..there had to me at least 50 of them on it at one time this past summer... I know I have a pic somewhere but I can't find it today...

I had Monarchs and Swallowtails this summer. They seem to love the Zinnias. They were all over the garden but settled on the Zinnias everytime :)Monarch on Zinnia

This swallowtail followed me thru the park this summer, I took some great photos of him...in my yard everytime I go to get the camera, they run away..LOL

Thank you so much for sharing your butterfly! I just Love them we too have had so many this year and yes they also Love the Cannas!!!

I wish I had taken pictures I get so much joy from watching them flittering around our place!
