Monday May 12, 2008
Start: 12:01 am
Effective May 12, 2008, all postal rates with the United States Post Office will change.
The new rate for a first class stamp will be $.42
The rates for shipping via other methods will change as well.
One good new change is that shipping via Express Mail will switch to a
zone system. That means that if you aren't shipping to someone very far
away, Express Mail might be a good option for shipping plants.
