Description

Yummy and healthy fruit smoothie with yogurt.  Easy and quick to make.  Eliminate the sugar without eliminating flavor by using Dannon Light and Fit yogurt. 

Ingredients

  • 1 c yogurt or kefir - any flavor
  • 1⁄2 c juice of your choice
  • 1⁄2 c fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
  • 1⁄2 c ice

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Once all fruit and ice is blended pour into 16 oz cup.

Notes

For extra intestinal benefit add the contents of 2 acidophilus capsules.  Great for breakfast or a snack anytime.
