Dizzy, I saw those EE's too. They appeared to be marked -- only as plain green ones, which I believe is the one that's typically referred to as Giant Taro. They were very nice big healthy looking bulbs -- if you want plain green EE's that I suspect grow quite large!

Well i must confess I bought some seeds at Walmart, Dollar Tree, Dollar General. All at wonderful low prices.

Maybe someone would want to be a real special person and go to wal mart for me and get me a big mix of seeds in trade for the gift card I have?

A funny thing...
Here on lower Cape Cod (I am 2 towns from the tip) we don't have much of a shopping selection.... At least not much of an affordable shopping selection. The best prices I find on seeds and stuff out here is at the Christmas Tree Shops, or if I can get to Hyannis there is also OSJL, which has descent prices.... if you can find what you want.... Other than that there is always KMart.... No Target.... No Wal Mart... No big discount stores.... Just lots of expensive touristy places to shop...

Heidi, I didn't realize you were almost a neighbor too! We go to Hyannis all the time, our main office is there, plus we have meetings in Riverview resort in Yarmouth at least once a month! It's a lovely area, but NO affordable shopping!!! I agree, everything is for tourists at tourist prices!
Your Christmas tree shops are probably the best around though! I love them, nautical selecations are much better and bigger than any other X-mas tree shop! Tatyana

Yes, walmart has a
Yes, walmart has a huge selection of seeds this year, and a lot of the common ones are 10 cents an 30 cents ...then they have them all the way to 1.50 a pack....also remember the 10 cent packs have less seeds in them...which of course is good if you want to try something new.
Lowes, homedepot, the dollar general store, bennys and the christmas tree shoppe all have some great seeds...and I was so surprised to see them at Target this year, and they were ORGANIC.
Good luck with the seed shopping !! I have to stop looking...I am so addicted..LOL
