Description

This is a great recipe to impress your friends...lol...Someone, I don't remember who, brought it to work once and it was awesome and really very easy...

Ingredients

  • 1 pk shredded parmesean cheese
  • 1 cn marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450.  Toss italian seasoning with parmesean cheese.  On an ungreased cookie sheet, make little piles of 1 tablespoon of parmesean and flatten them out slightly.  Bake in oven just until you hear them popping a little.  Then pull them out and place them on a cooling rack until cooled.  Serve with your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Be sure to use SHREDDED parmesean cheese.  The grated kind we all normally get doesn't work.  Also, these are just estimates - one of those Kraft containers of parmesean cheese won't be enough - you'll want to make at least two.  Also, these chips are good with soups and salads!  Oh, and you can make an edible salad bowl this way too.  Just make a large chip and instead of laying flat to cool, lay on an overturned bowl.  YUM!
