I've always wanted to share this link with folks but haven't been able to do so until now. I found this link a few years ago when Texas was having a drought and I was having horrible problems with cracking tomatoes and other things. For anyone growing tomatoes, this is a Bible that will become indispensable. It has all sorts of fabulous information about all sorts of diseases and problems and ways to combat it. I hope it is as useful to you all as it has been for me.

Tatyana, the main thing you

Tatyana, the main thing you should know about container tomatoes is that the containers dry out much faster. Since that happens, they will lose nutrients faster. You may want to water them with some fish emulsion and add calcium (bone or blood meal is probably a good source of calcium) to the soil to prevent blossom end rot or cracking.
