Description
1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cup beer (your choice)
Mix all together. Dip your choice of fish in and fry/deep fry. Makes a great batter that is flakey. Tastes great!
