Forms a small loose clump.  Full sun to part shade. Easy, just keeps blooming until hard frost!  Foliage is very fine and thin!  Grows well with other ground covers such as Lamium.

Draught tolerant when established. Zones 4-8.

That's probably more like what I had, although mine looked brighter! Isn't that a fun plant? I love that it requires so little maintenance! Have you had to divide yours yet? The stuff I had in Iowa was a clump I acquired from a friend who divided hers!

No division needed.

I have not found it necessary to divide it.  Unlike some of the other cultivars this one stays put and forms a loose clump that doesn't require the usual dividing every 3 or 4 years.  This clump is 5 years old.  It is perfectly happy where it is, and doesn't bother the surrounding plants.

Ron, am I imagining it or

Ron, am I imagining it or are those flowers white? I ask because when I lived in Iowa, I had a huge clump of yellow moonbeam coreopsis. I loved it...it was very hardy and easy to take care of....I loved having it and looking at it! I do miss it!
