Best way to root 'Crown of Thorns' cuttings??

Hi ya'll,

I have a Crown of Thiorns cactus. Its almost 2' tall. Its getting new leaves right now, ... I would like to root some cuttings from it. Does anyone know the best way and best time to do this?

Euphorbias......

Hi Chell,

Euphorbias (Crown of Thorns) are so easy to root from cuttings.

Take an 6-8" cutting and put it in some good potting soil like Jungle Growth or Miracle Grow.Keet the soil moist but not soggy and put in in bright light or under grow lights.

Incidentally, if you want you can use some form of a rooting compound like Root tone.
