Early Spring is the prime time for planting bare-root perennials.

Here's a Bare-Root Booster to get them ready to grow!

1/4 Cup brewed tea

1 Tbspn dishwashing liquid

1 Tbspn Epsom salts

1 gallon water

Mix ingredients in a bucket. Clip off any broken or dmamaged roots cleanly with a CLEAN sharp blade, then soak the plant roots in this tonic for up to 24 hours. Then plant as you normally would.

*Always keep plant crowns above any liquids, soak only roots.
