Best grown in pots.
Like amaryllis, they grow best crowded in a pot. Prefers full sun. Repot every 3 years, top dress every year. Store in cool dark basement for the winter. Can be used as a house plant. Blooms continuously early summer to fall. Keep well watered. Fertilize every other week with 10-30-15 at half strength.

Thank you Susan! I do love my new cameras!!
They are so easy to grow! Thy are also aptly called Water Lilies because the more you water them (and fertilize) the more blooms you will get. Normal blooming is from May right up until I bring the pots inside by late October (if no frost is in the forcast), sometimes sooner, but usually later! I stop watering them and put them down into the basement in a cool dark spot.
They also produce multiple offses so they eventually will fill a 12" pot! I have to dig them out of their pots every few years and reset the largest ones 2"s apart with their necks above the soil surface in fresh potting soil which is mostly made up of peat moss, perlite and vermiculite.
