Do they require slightly

Do they require slightly longer cooking??? They taste kind of buttery to me....I like them a lot. My absolute favorite potatoes, though, are fingerlings.

OMG! Those are really

OMG! Those are really beautiful! They are big for Yukon Gold potatoes, too. My brother makes mashed potatoes with Yukon Golds. They have a wonderful yummy buttery taste. You have to cook them until they are really soft so they will mash well.

If you have a cold storage place where you can keep those, I'd be tempted to keep them in the root cellar or such place and use them for Thanksgiving. They are delicious.
