Athough DizzyDaffodil has already done a fabulous job of explaining the nuts and bolts of Round Robins, Seed Swaps and special exchanges, there is something I wanted to add or clarify!
  We do not want our members to get the idea that the gist of what makes GardenHere what it is is seed swaps, round robins or special holiday exchanges. Nothing could be further from the truth. These are special events and are something that should be deemed as a reward for active contributions and for giving to the site. That being said, ONLY MODERATORS, SENIOR MODERATORS AND THE FORUM MANAGER can host these events. These events will be restricted to super traders (unless otherwise specified,) who are in good standing. Anyone who is a super trader, but for whatever reason hasn't fulfilled their trade obligations will be prohibited from participating in any and all such events
