My appointment went ok,The dr was happy with the weight i have already lost,6lbs within two weeks,Blood pressure was up he wasnt happy with that.he put me on a pill trying to bring it on down a water pill.Ive got to go back in two weeks,to check sugar and b/p again.the info yall gave me has help me to lose soem weight,so i will continue on the diet.
