A few years ago the MN DNR started a program to replenish the population of Wild Turkeys.
  They released several in the wildlife
  preserve
 close to my home.
  They are so fun to watch,,,just a little scarey when there are 30 in the yard all at once!
  They are about 4 ft. tall,,, but don't really seem to bother anything, unlike the deer!
