Friendliest Home Gardening Community on the Internet

I completed this Tropical Shade Border between Aug. 7, and Sept. 26 2007.  It contains Hostas, Cannas, Elephant Ears, Tropical Hibiscus, Banana Tree, Ginger, and Bird of Paradise.  I plan to add Plumeria in late 2008. On the lawn side of this border, beyond some scattered Azaleas, is a small Shade Garden with some of the same plants, but also including Lily of the Valley, native fern, and Lambs Ear.
