TOGETHER

Together we have faced what life has had in store each day;
  we've shared the laughs and the tears.

In all that's come our way, so many times I've searched your eyes, and found assurance there.

Because the way you look at me tell me how much you really care, and I Have tried to understand your needs with sympathy.

Providing love and tenderness as you have given me, Together we have written on the pages in our book.
  Composing all the chapters of the life we undertook, it's ,y earnest prayer that we forever will be near, and still writing in our book of life together always dear.

Penny that is wonderful...
What a excellent idea...to have a book of the journey thru life.
I journal every day for over 35 years but I like your idea much better..
I have that with Cliff now..
I thought I would never remarry after burying two husbands and being a single parent/mother for 28 years... What I have now I had dreams of when I was younger...but along the way I lost my dreams...then they came true..
Wishing you many blessed years...

It's sometimes easy to throw

It's sometimes easy to throw rocks at someone less fortunate in affairs of the heart, but it's always wrong to do so. I watched my older daughter go through three marriages before she married her present husband. He is a winner even if he does tease me about my salsa not being hot enough. He has a lot going for him though, not the least of which is the fact that I know he loves my daughter dearly.

For sure, just this past

For sure, just this past Saturday, T and her hubby celebrated their 17th anniversary, and the Saturday before, my hubby and I celebrated our 3rd. I guess I do things exceedingly slowly -- like waiting until I was 16 days shy of turning 50 to get married for the first time!
