• The information found on this site can be viewed free of charge.
• Our site is supported by paid advertising and the sale of certain services. Posts, links or other content containing non-paid advertising will be deleted without notice. Comapnies and individuals interested in purchasing ad space on our site may contact our sales department.
• Plagiarism will not be tolerated. You may post only photographs you have taken personally or have written permission to use.  You may not cut and paste, or copy text or photos or capture content or photos through links from other Internet sites or other sources. You will be held personally liable for violation of copyright or trademark laws.
• Content uploaded to this site becomes the property of GardenHere, LLC.  By posting content of any kind to GardenHere, you assign all Internet publishing rights to GardenHere, LLC.  In addition, materials uploaded to this site may be used by GardenHere, LLC in newsletters, advertising and or any other published form without notice to the original author. Do not upload or post content to this site, if you do not understand these terms.
• Authors and contributors retain the right to re-publish their content elsewhere, including real world print publications such newsletters or books and agree not to allow the same or similar content produced by them to be published anywhere else on the Internet.  Furthermore, authors and contributors retain copyrights while assigning GardenHere, LLC rights to their content that is posted on this site in perpetuity.  All others are prohibited from using such content without written permission from the author and GardenHere, LLC.

• GardenHere reserves the right to edit or delete, without notice, posts and messages that fail to meet current or future guidelines, including 'off topic' posts in any area of this site. Off-topic content is information placed in the wrong category found in drop down lists and section headers.
• You agree to treat all members and visitors respectfully and courteously in all areas of our site.  Obscene language will NOT be tolerated.
• Messages and discussions regarding politics, religion, race, creed, natural origin, and personal orientation are forbidden on this site.  GardenHere is an Internet community site for friends and neighbors who are interested in gardening, landscaping, home projects, cooking, styl, fashion and other topics as listed by GardenHere, LLC.
• Trading: All exchanges must be offered free or in exchange for reasonable postage. Specifically no charge is permitted by any member to make a trade or exchange or for the value of the plant, seed, flower or other item.
• Solicitation of plants or seeds for resale or profit is strictly prohibited.
• Personal information (i.e. address, telephone number, email, etc.) are NOT to be posted publicly anywhere on our site.
• Only the private messaging system (PM) or email may be use to share personal information and at your own risk and discretion. GardenHere, LLC is not responsible for the use or misuse of shared information.
• By registering with GardenHere, LLC, you also agree to receive member newsletters and other GardenHere correspondence.  You may unsubscribe, delete your membership account, edit or delete content you have uploaded or change your personal profile information at any time.
GardenHere, LLC reserves the right to modify these guidelines and remove and ban members without notice and without explanation.   Violations of these guidelines should be forwarded to GardenHere managers or moderators or send an email message to the owner-manager. An alternative to writing to one of our leaders is to flag content or users who fail to uphold our site guidelines.
