Silver Mound - ArtemisiaSilver Mound - Artemisia

This silver/grey mounding Artemisia is excellent for borders, edging, rock gardens, or specimen planting.  It is drought tolerant and suitable for xeriscaping or poor soil areas.  Does best north of zone 7, and is deer and rabbit resistant.  It rarely needs dividing, but frequent trimming benefits it's appearance greatly.

one of my fav too

I got this from Bluestone last spring, and WOW did it take off after I planted it !! Did you get little buds, or does it seed ?? Mine had some spots that put out some buds, or something ?

I actually love this the most when it has rain drops, or dew on it...just looks soo pretty !!

It does flower, but it will keep a better mound shape and appearance if the buds are trimmed off.
