If you are still having trouble posting, the problem may be a very simple one.
One of the new features of this site provides for PREVIEW of a post before you SAVE it....This is no longer optional. If you preview your post and then do not scroll down the page to where you can see the text box with all of its formatting again and click the SAVE button, nothing you post will appear. This enables members to preview their posts and edit them before submitting them rather than having to look at it on the boards and then edit it. But please note that unless you click that "SAVE" button close to the bottom of the page (you'll have to scroll down to see it,) you will not be able to post.
Also, please note that Al has instituted a security measure that prohibits members (except him) from having multiple log on sessions at one time. That means that before, I could have opened a GH page on my laptop and not had to worry about logging in...Now, if I want to be on the laptop rather than the desktop (which I prefer to do every chance I get,) then my session on the desk top will automatically be terminated. I'll then have to log back on to the desk top. It also means that if you are inactive for a period of time but leave your browser page up, you'll probably get knocked off the site and have to log back on. Even if you do not log out from the site, the system will automatically knock you off if you're inactive for a period of time, or if you try to log on on another computer or with a different browser.
