Plumeria, 'NOID'

Plumeria cutting that I received from Chellflower. She dipped it in rooting hormone and I planted it in moisture control soil. It's doing well and I keep it outside when it's warm enough. Plumerias dont' like lots of water and need to be fertilized with a bloom booster about every two weeks.
