Take heart, Ron! Here in Texas, sometimes we get flooding in our apartment just because our drains can't send the water through fast enough...Last year, I even had water in my bedroom that was ankle deep! That was no fun!!!!!!!!!! I hope you have a nice fireplace so you can lounge in front of it after dealing with pathways......Spring is only 11 days away, I believe!

Guess it will be later then sooner!!

We're expecting a thaw in the weather on Wed!  I'll need to clear a pathway for all the flood waters to navigate on its way to the sewer grate!  I think Thaw, and Flood automatically comes to mind, so tomorrow I'll need to clear things off the floor in the basement!! It is one of those seasonal events that we are used too!!  There's nothhing we can do about the water coming in due to the slope of the property as well as run-off from the neighbors!!
