Oenothera 'Siskiyou' , or Mexican Evening Primrose is a common sight along roadsides through out the country, being hardy to zone four. The color ranges from deep, through various shades of pink, to white. This is a pretty flower from a seed trade. It loves full sun, and is classified as a perennial. They are grown commercially for the oil in their seeds which known as Evening Primrose Oil contained in cosmetics and herbal medicines.
