I got flowers from my kids
Good morning
and Happy Mother's Day to all of you mothers her at GH.
I called my mother and sister and wished them a happy Mother's day. I sent my mother a card and some Bath anbd body works products that she loves.
My eldest daughter is picking me up for church in a hour and I don't know what she has planned. I received a beautiful card from her on Thursday.

Happy Mother's Day everyone!
Wow, Velvet! Your family certainly thought of you!! I can't wait to see pictures of all the flowers that everyone is getting for Mother's Day! I don't have kids either, and I know that my mom doesn't NEED anything, so I send her the most fabulous asparagus from a place in California. They send it to her right after they pick it, and she just LOVES it! I'm glad I can give her something she enjoys so much! We talked yesterday, and I'll talk to her again this morning. We're too far away to spend Mother's Day together, and I would never cook her a meal because I can't hold a candle to her cooking!
I hope all the mothers here have a fabulous day!
All you folks in the path of some dangerous weather today, please stay safe!!!!

Mothers Day
My youngest daughter & her husband sent me a red azalea for Mothers Day. I love it and look forward to planting it. I don't have a lot in the yard as the previous owners did not like to play in the yard. Me, I am always out there.....
Velvet sounds like you did
Velvet sounds like you did real good for your Mother's Day gift. It's always nice to get a flower for especially on Mother's Day. I never had children but my husband always honors me by giving gifts. It's always nice to have an excuse to get another flower.
