My Brug Garden

Well, I finally accomplished what I set out to do, and that is plant a Brug garden, in pots.  I grew four various Brugs from last fall to present.  I transplanted to larger pots.  I also transplanted the tri Brug to a larger pot as well.  Would you believe all my Brugs made it thru winter.  The four smaller ones tho were placed in and out of my shed as weather dictated.  The larger ones remained in their spot and covered with sheets as needed.  They are all thriving well.

 Take a look!

Hi DeeDee,

Thanks.  I potted them in Scott's premium potting soil.  I also added 15-30-15 to the soil as well.  They seem to love it.  And, we have been having 80 degree weather, they seem to like that as you well know.

I'll keep ya'll posted as to their progress.

Thanks Dale.  I 'm been keeping a close eye on them.  Night before last, I found a small slug on one of the leaves. Frown  Did a litle re-staking yesterday.  They are growing fast and love their newfound pots!

Great Growing!

Wow! They look so healthy! Have you had any blooms on them yet? I'm in zone 8, but I don't think I'd dare to leave mine outside all winter. Things got really unpredictable here -- one day 95 and two days later, a low of 25!
