Mushrooms in Lawn

We see these common lawn mushrooms occasionally in the fall when it's very wet. It's amazing... they can grow in one day. These are about 5" tall.Mushrooms in Lawn

It looks like a little hat! I guess you really had wet weather. Why couldn't I get some of that moisture? We're so short on rain, it's ridiculous....we've got big old trees that are dying from lack of moisture here.
