That would be a great time.
That would be a great time. Sure wish wishes always came true...
My yard needs a few GH's to get it back in shape. I used to stress about it but finally said it's going to be there and when it gets done it gets done, nothing I can do about it so why stress about it. Praying my arms get fixed so I can get back into serious gardening and fixing up the yard.
Well getting ready for bed, going to Boston in the am to consult with the surgeon. Hopefully will get a date soon for the first elbow. Please add me to your prayers that the drive, etc will go well for me.
Jules, the Ft Kent and Augusta areas got hit hard with the floods. Ft Kent and St John, NB( I think it is) got hit real bad. Feds were here to check it out. Houses damaged in Maine was 200-400 I think they said on the news and that's not counting the ones over the border on the other side of the river.
Gardens are coming alive here. My daffs are beautiful this yr. They really multiplied over the winter. I bet I've had over 1000 blooms total and many many more buds to bloom in the yard. Took some pics yesterday, and I had already picked over 200 of them the last couple of weeks before I took the pics. have not even looked to see if they came out ok. I should go do that now before hitting the sack so if they didn't I can take some more before they all go by. I've got to split some of them up. Will plant them some place. The deer do not eat them so I have them and no tulips which the deer like. I do have some peony red tulips in the front of the house when i got a free $25 from brecks so ordered them. didn't have to pay a cent. They have multiplied too. fingers crossed that the deer dont come close to the house now. took some pics of the destruction the deer did to my rhodies and azaleas. Not sure if the parts that the deer ate will come back or not. They really destroyed them. Will try to post some pics this weekend.
I am so far behind the times
That's true. That would be
Hi Thanks WI for letting
Hi
Thanks WI for letting them know and checking in on me.. We. had some minor flooding but nothing like what northern Maine is having. Thanks goodness I live in Southern Maine and not up north. I've been to FT Kent once and I can't imagine having all that water. Thank goodness they planned for it and addd more dirt to the levy so more of the town didn't flood. They are not done yet as they still have ice and snow to melt and are worried that it might cause more flooding.
Going to Boston on Thursday to talk with the surgeon and hopefully set up the surgery for the first elbow.
Thanks everyone for thinking of me. Going to try to check out the forum and see what has been going on. I'm so far behind as I can't be on long.
Thanks to all for being such wonderfui friends and caring
glad your ok
