Hi everybody!! I am hosting a scrapbook retreat in a few weeks and am looking for a couple of recipes for it. Does anyone have a great cheesy ham & pot dish? And I have looked allover for a cauliflower salad recipe. The salad has cauliflower and shredded cheese, broc, etc... It is a cold dish. Any help would be appreciated. Any out-of-this world deserts? I'm feeding about 25. Thanks again and take care, Becki

Becki....

...it sounds like you're getting some good suggestions. Penny's recipe for the Broccoli Salad is the one I'm familiar with, and it is delish! For quick and delicious Cheesy Potatoes, we make "twice baked" potatoes using instant potatoes (use all milk), grated cheddar, chopped green onions, & crumbled bacon, salt & pepper to taste. You can make it as cheesy as you want! It's super easy, and warms up easily. Good luck with your meal for the retreat! And, have fun!!

Man, Penny, that sounds like a great salad. Dorothy, I have picked off a few recipes from AllRecipes too. It's a good source.

Hi Becki

good to see you online. I couldn't sleep so I got up and started posting. I use Allrecipes.com when I am looking for something I don't have. Recipezaar.com is a good place also. I hope that help you. You could make a large banana pudding in the turkey sized foil pan if you will have refrigeration at the retreat.
