This Morning Glory is called Blue Picotee.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes on Him will not perish but have everlasting life.  John 3:16

I got these lovely blooms from seeds from Garden Store N More.  I am loving these Japanese Morning Glories. I don't think they take over like the morning glories I am used to.

Wow Dorthy, that sure is a beautiful bloom. I don't really care for morning glories but after seeing that one it makes me want to grow some....
