Effective as soon as possible, The Round Robin forum and the Organized Seed Swap forums are going to be removed from the site! Anyone who has anything posted in these forums that they need to retain MUST either repost it in the trade list area or copy it and save it to your computer. Once these forums are deleted, it will not be possible for us to retrieve any of this information.

The following applies to moderators or managers who may want to start a RR, Exchange or Swap of any kind.

For members who want to lead a RR or Exchange, they will need to state this in their initial post with all the instructions and how it will work. The member starting a RR takes on the responsibility of assuring other members that they have checked profiles and past trade experience of all the participants before beginning one of these activities. The person who takes on running RR, etc. will also have to take on the responsibility of responding to disgruntled traders. It is unfair to expect our volunteer staff to mediate these issues.

Additionally, the host of any exchange will be personally responsible for fulfilling the obligation of any member who doesn't fulfill their obligation.

Please make sure that all details and rules regarding your exchange or swap are stated clearly and simply at the time you post the notice regarding the event.

Once again, the host of the exchange must assume all liability for problems that arise, and they must mediate resolutions themselves. Volunteer staff members will not assist in this.
