Daucus carota 'Queen Anne's Lace'When this plant started to show up in my garden, I was baffled by what it may be.  It looks like a giant carrot plant, and is making a stalk for a bloom.  The foliage is very lacy, and forms a rosette from which the bloom stalk is rising.  Plant in full sun, and is hardy to 10 degrees F.  DizzyD thought it may be Anemone, but it turned out to be Queen Anne's Lace, or 'Wild Carrot'.
