This is Lonicera sempervirens, or in common talk, Trumpet 'Leo'.  This is a wild red honeysuckle; perennial vine.  It is "planted" by birds who eat the berries, and than excrete the seeds in their droppings.  Plants can be propagated by cuttings, or ordered from nuseries.
