Rain has continued for four days since Gustav made landfall on the Louisiana Gulf Coast.  Many streets and homes are still flooded in Ouachita parish where I live.  Even though very blessed to be out of the main fury of the hurricane, many residents say they've "HAD ENOUGH"!!  This news article shows still flooded streets in the local area.

That picture reminds me of a rainfall we had maybe last year -- in the Spring in this part of Texas. I remember hearing (because I was away at the time,) that in a single rain fall, Killeen Texas had received a foot and a half of rain. The streets were flooded like that. I sure know what you mean when you say "Enough is enough." Be careful after all of this stops, because all that humid air and standing water will be a breeding ground for mosquitoes. I'm so glad that you weathered through it (no pun intended,) safely and that things are as in tact as they could be!
