It's not you; it does keep changing. Whenever someone adds new photos, new recipes, new tips, articles or Plant ID's, that stuff comes before the older stuff. The old stuff is still part of our archive, but this way, the "homepage" is always featuring the newest and most recent things we have. Have you ever noticed that whenever you go to a different page, for whatever reason -- to read an article, check a forum post or anything else, that the pictures change? That slide show is the photo equivalent of what we're doing on the home page. It isn't intended to confuse you, but rather keep you notified of the newest stuff we have.

The "New Content" changes constantly to show the most recent posts. If you see how things are arranged, you'll notice that in the far right hand corner, the time is listed. When you look down that right hand column, you can see that the forum posts and/photos or other new content are all listed according to what was most recently posted.
