The only time I've known lilies to bloom in late summer or fall is if you plant an Easter lily that has been forced to bloom early for Easter, and then is planted in the garden after it's done blooming. They have time for a short dormancy and bloom again if they have a long enough season. They usually bloom the second year in late spring/summer, their normal bloom time.
Did you plant them or move them in spring? Looks like 'Black Out', 'Black Jack' or 'Monte Negro'... the latter has a more flat bloom though, I think. Very pretty lily!
