Description
This is easy!
Ingredients
- 1 cn cream of mushroom
- 1 pk stuffing
- 4 pork chops
Instructions
Prepare box of stuffing according to box. Spread stuffing in baking dish. Put Pork chops on top of stuffing. Pour cream of mushroom soup over pork chops. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until chops are done.
Notes
I have also put green beans in between the stuffing and the chops and topped it with french fried onions.
You can also do this in a slow cooker. Just adjust cooking time.
