Description
Extremely simple and so easy. Something different for the potatoes. Will raise the eyebrows after one bite. Try it you'll like it!
Ingredients
- 1 lb whole tiny new potatoes (almost 18)
- 2 T margarine, melted
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1⁄4 t dried dill weed
Instructions
Remove a narrow strip of peel from around the center of each potato. In large sauce pan cook potatoes, covered in boiling water for 12 to 14 minutes or until tender. Drain, Place in a serving bowl. Combine margarine, lemon juice and dill weed. Drizzle over potatoes and serve
