Nope

I actually bought 4 of these plants last spring. Only 2 came back this year. I have been trying to figure out the seeds, but am not sure what they are! If I figure it out I will definetly let you know. Oh, and I know what you mean! LOL! Looking at everyones awsome pics makes my list grow too!

Seeds...

Smile  Just in case... here's what the seeds look like. Catananche ....Allow the seed heads to dry on the plant.

They are generally hardy to zone 4 but tend to be short lived perennials. The only thing they really don't like is soggy soil, it must be well draining. I love the color and airy display of blooms!

Hmmm..

I will have to check. I brought a dried flower head in today and tore it apart, but I don't remember seeing anything like that. Unless...They had already fallen to the ground to give me more plants!!! I'll be keepin' an eye out!

Thanks!

Okay, sorta thanks... lol... you made my list for next spring longer, BUT... this would be the perfect new flower to add to my rock garden next year! Did you start them from seed?
