Cooky-Glenda has posted several photos of paintings she has completed. As awesome as they are, it's amazing that she hadn't painted in years until recently.

This is her "Art Gallery"

thanks everyone for the

thanks everyone for the encouragment

I will try to photograph and post the last painting I did before I quit 30 years ago.  It is of my siamese cat.  I could not sleep and he assumed I was up so I could have time alone with him and would not go away - so I painted him LOL.  it is a water color behind glass so it will take me awhile to figure out how to photograph it without unframing it LOL

I use acrylics because I like the texture and the fact that it dries quickly - I still have a Siamese cat and he is still very interested in what I am doing LOL different cat same temperment

I have noticed these

Yes, I have been noticing these as they have come up on the front page.  Very Nice Cooky-Glenda.  They look as they would be perfect poster material for advertising garden events and the like.  You may want to look into contacting some promoriona/graphic arts firms to see if they might want to buy rights to use them.  I could just see either one promoiting the Philadelphis Flower Show.

Thirty yeears of seasoning have really paid off!

Absolutely GORGEOUS Cooky! Stunning capture of an Iris's beauty... you can tell your talent comes from within. Surely works of art to be proud of. Congrats!
