Clematis 'The President'

This is the 5th year this clematis has bloomed for me! It's a periwinkle-type blue, or purple if it's blooming on old wood. The blooms are from 6" to 8" across, and make a great show in the garden! One unusual thing about it is the red stamens. Most of them have white, or pale yellow stamens.
