Sky don't give up, I had trouble but after Susan suggested Easy Thumbnail it was painless the program will resize all the photos and you post the ones you want to submit to GH.  Please don't give up, would really like to see your photos.  If I can help you please let tme know.

Sky, you can post a link to an online photo album if you want,  as long as you post the page link as a HYPERLINK and not the http stuff - BUT you can not use photobucket to link to the actual photos & have them show up here at GH.

So your post would look something like this -

"I have some great photos of my flowers - here's what I have going on My Flowers "

The Easy Thumbnails really IS easy and you can select the settings you want, so all the photos in a file can be shrunk at once to the size you designate - and you can set it to copy them (not mess with your original at all) into a separate folder.

That's what I do - I keep my large size originals on a flash drive, and only the small thumbnails on my hard drive - saves so much space and helps keep my computer running faster. Once you have your photos all shrunk at once, uploading them is actually a snap!

Sky, if you want to simply SHRINK your photos and not resize them while not compromising the quality, you can try Easy Thumbnails. It will allow you to keep the pcitures on your computer so you can save them in their original size and as a thumbnail. Then you can post the thumbnail on our site. This is the EASIEST way I've found to upload pictures to the site. It's free to download and it's fully functioning!
