Back in December, I was diagnosed as having Type 2 diabetes. That was quite an eye-opener for me. There are a couple of people on GardenHere that have been good sources of information and there are probably more. I have been through an excellent series of classes put on by our hospital system and I know far more than I did about the disease and how to control it. Time-saving Tips
It is obvious that I am a guy. My hat is off to the ladies that do meal preparations day in and day out. I do meal preparations only occasionally, but when I do, I like to prepare something that we usually don't have on a regular basis. Now maybe some guys are good at multi-tasking. I am not. Therefore, when I prepare a meal, it is a major project for my (non)organizational skills. I suppose that with enough years of practice, that skill could be developed.
